This monitor is excellent when you're right in front of it
This monitor is excellent when you're right in front of it, the viewing angle isn't great though, colours become washed even from slight angles, but the resolution is very nice indeed, super useful for digital art related activities. I've also found it pleasant enough to watch video on.As with most monitors the built in menus are kind of fiddly, and is fairly cumbersome when switching sources.I've not used this monitor for gaming yet however so I cant comment upon it's attributes there. But on the whole once it's all set up it's rather nice to look at. A worthy upgrade.

At 32' the fading in the corners is really noticeable ...
At 32' the fading in the corners is really noticeable for the price. Got to say am now in the process of trying to return this? Avoid if you want colour accuracy across the screen and avoid if you are a designer. I was aware if was AMVA but felt the specs advertised reassured me.
