Worked well in making my own homemade peanut butter
Thought I would get some peanuts to try making my own homemade peanut butter.After washing them and cooking in the oven, blending them was easy enough and I ended up with some nice oh natural peanut butter.They were also nice to eat on their own and they gave a couple of handfuls to the birds.

Good quality raw peanuts
I'm very impressed with the quality of Purima's raw peanuts. It's my first time purchasing it, and intend to buy again in the future. To season, I soak 750g of rinsed raw peanuts in a little salted warm water overnight before roasting in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius, constantly tossing every 10 - 15mins, to ensure even-roasting of the peanuts. For about 30 mins. Once cooled, they're nice and crispy. I store the roasted peanuts in a glass bottle. To decant small portions to snack on 😋.
