Fletcher-Terry 07-500 Fletcher Frame Master Point Driver Wood 5/8 in.

A good quality framing tool for artists that do their own framing. We used this point driver for many years in our frame shop and never had any problem with it. A good quality long lasting tool.

I am not a crafter but wanted better quality framing so I did some research and read these reviews, and decided to go for this more expensive model because other reviews said it was sturdy and more of a quality product. They were right and I love it. The spouse and I have just finished a surge of undone framing projects and this thing works like a charm. It sees well made. I like that it is metal and not plastic and I've had zero issues. I purchased their framing points with it and they are just as good. You need them because the box comes with no points ... I presumed they would come with a few starters, but they do not. Even the box is nice because it gives you a good keeper storage box for the device and the staple things. I've wanted a good one of these for years, and I'm glad to have it. I recommend you spend a little extra and buy this nicer tool. C in VA

I still have my manual point driver. It worked if I held my mouth just right. I am relieved to have found the Fletcher Frame Master. It's straightforward, very easy to use, and does its job.

I was researching point drivers and found this product so I decided to look into the company. There are very mixed review out there about this and other products but the company was what impressed me. They have been around for a long time and seem to produce quality products. I thought the price was a little high but possible worth the investment not having to buy another one in a year because a cheaper one broke. I received this driver along with Fletcher-Terry Co Framers Stacked Points 08-950 . My wife uses this point driver to mount her painting canvas panels into her frames (varied types of woods and finishes) and it works perfectly every time. I highly recommend this product and think it does an outstanding job.

The Fletcher points driver/gun is wonderful. I had a Fletcher points gun for 30 yrs and it finally broke. I tried to repair it with a repair kit I found online, but never got it to work again. I ordered a new one and it has new modifications I really like. It has a new rubber padded grip which makes it easier to use and it also has two new flanges in the rear of the gun allowing it to stand upright on its own as to where the older model had to be laid on its side when repositioning the frame and between uses. I feel the expense of buying the new Fletcher points driver/gun is well worth it. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you, Kathleen

I use this tool daily in my work when examining framed maps, documents and photographs, which need to be replaced in their frames. This is a durable tool (though this was a replacement for one that had eventually developed a problem) and for sheer efficiency and speed is hard to beat. The same manufacturer offers a point puller, which I use extensively and consider a necessary tool. For working with wooden frames this is, in my opinion, the tool of choice.

This professional quality tool has allowed me to make professional quality frames. The delicate process of securing glass and matting board has become safer and faster.

I love this tool. It’s so easy to use and does a great job. I wish I would have bought this years ago.
