it's LOUD & MOVING ALOT -do not buy!
I thought I bought a washing machine but I got a V8 broken car engine. Firstly, it's loud to the point that it’s actually quite scary- not just a noise. Secondly, it moved so that much it shook my cupboards, and my glass cups and plates fell. And it actually came out of the washing machine cupboard by about half a meter and the detergent section kept flinging open while washing. Thirdly, this washing machine wouldn't even be worth 200 aed nevermind 800+ aed! My old broken machine is way calmer than this piece of junk!Ps: I put one star because there is no lower but it's ZERO (0)

Im using it for a week now looking good, quite and easy to use.Need to be careful while installing it.It's vibrating as hight needs to be adjusted which is very difficult.

Installment guys were very fast and accurate and polite.The washing machine really amazing, with high securely systemI didn’t believe most of the comments that said it has a loud voice during washing and drying, I preferred to try myself, and the voice is tolerable.

Dacing washing machine due to lack of installation
I never received the free instalation that was advertised. When contacting Amazon the customer service was decidedly unhelpful and rude. Have installed it myself but find very hard to balance the machine, it's still all over the place in spite of my muscle power and spirit level.Thanks Amazon!

Terrible.
Machine arrived within 24 hours. Good. No installation and no option to buy installation services. Bad.From the first use, there was a loud tapping when the drum rotated and that grew into a deafening grinding and banging as the spin kicked in. Yes, the transit bolts were removed and the machine was balanced and level. Tried two more cycles and no improvement. Bad.Requested an exchange and the pickup is within one working day but now the replacement is pending and they’ll let me know when they can deliver. How can the first delivery be in a day but the replacement is “some day”? Bad. My advice is to choose a different machine.

Great overall, but you should remove the 4 screws at the back
Remove the screws otherwise it will shake like craaazzyy

La uso da 4-5 mesi e sono molto soddisfatta.Adoro il programma da 15 minuti che mi permette di avere tutto pulito senza sprecare acqua ed energia. Anche perché non lavoro in miniera e non ho bisogno di lavaggi ad alte temperature.Il cestello è capiente, io ero abituata agli 11kg, ma questo è comunque adatto anche per le trapunte matrimoniali (ovviamente dipende dalla dimensione dell’imbottitura).La cosa un po’ più scomoda è la dimensione dello sportello. Per la capienza sarebbe stato meglio averla qualche centimetro più ampia. Pensavo fosse questione di abitudine, ma anche dopo quattro mesi noto questa caratteristica.Ottima la centrifuga, silenziosa ed efficiente anche a giri medi.Altro programma che amo è quello della lana. Cashmere e merinos senza problemi (io li lavo a 20 gradi).

Lavadora muy poco fiable no duró ni 4 años se daño y se murió ya que eran las piezas más caras que comprar una nueva.. Dio problemas casi siempre

Lavatrice perfetta per il mio utilizzo
Abbastanza silenziosa, le vibrazioni sono poche e quindi dà la possibilità di lasciare oggetti sopra senza ritrovarli nelle stanze adiacenti. Lava molto bene e non rende i vestiti stropicciato più di tanto. Inoltre molto bella esteticamente. Ho provato la consegna con installazione e ritiro del vecchio a 15 euro. Tutto a posto ma si sono rifiutati di prendermi il vecchio perché non sapevo di dover svuotare il filtro che al suo interno aveva ben 0,5L di acqua. Bene ma non benissimo, me l'hanno portata comunque giù e mi hanno fatto contattare l'assistenza che mi ha fatto richiedere il ritiro a terzi, peccato che mi abbiano contattato 10 giorni dopo la richiesta quindi l'avevo già smaltita io.
