Why can't it be shipped outside uk? (unfortunately in eu countries too...)

Hello, This is not the reason (Any goods designed for military use require an export licence from the UK Export Control Organisation to be shipped outside the UK) we chose to not ship these outside the UK main land because although 100% legal to buy and sell airports don't know what the item is when scanned and as a result the civil aviation authority pull them. As a responsible seller we chose not to ship these apart to the UK main land for this reason.

Will an Extra Large fit a 38 inch waist?

get a larger size , you can always adjust it and remove a few pieces its simple

Are they detachable from the links

Yes they are. They may be a little bit stuff though

Are there any tricks/tips to reclipping the bullets when clipping them around your waist? Very stiff and my weak hands can’t do it

Some links are easier than others if you can’t do the one your stuck on try a different link- otherwise theirs not really. Much you can do- you can try have the bullets on one side of the belt linked over the top of the bullet in the other side it’s easy to do but more likely to release itself
