Nice bit of kit, fairly well made and accurate. Might not last too long in a busy workshop environment but perfect for occasional use. Comes with 2 spare batteries which is generous.

I had always wondered, prior to being placed in a position where I needed such a device, why people own these things. As a motorbike owner, this little device has become invaluable to me, especially when adjusting the tension on my drive chain to ensure my rear wheel was aligned perfectly, right down to the millimetre. Brilliant job. I also have found it a God send for sizing specific bolts, again on my motorcycle, that had stripped threads and required replacing. This device allowed me to measure with great accuracy the specific dimensions of the bolts needed, as requested by specialist websites selling bolts of all shapes and sizes.It's very easy to use, the LCD display is clear and easily read, quality-wise it feels good in the hands, not at all flimsy, and has made so many tasks of maintenance on my bike a breeze. A very good purchase to my mind. Recommended.

Does what I needed and great price!

This is a great tool easily does what it claims. Easy to read and easy to use. Light weight and well made. Good value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a replacement for my old vernier calipers as I'm getting old and its difficult to see the scale so I thought I would give these digital ones a try.So pleased I did as not only are they very accurate, the display is very easy to read.To check the accuratey I got my trusty feeler gauge out and, after checking some of the gauges with both my old vernier calipers as well as my micrometer to verify the sizes were correct I gave these new ones a try. And they were bang on.. well within their stated tolerances.See my video showing the 0.28mm gauge. It was difficult to film one handed but you can see this new digital vernier caliper measured it correctly. (I did test more but did not film and it was accurate on all of them)They are very well made and feel substantial in the hand. Come if a protective plastic case with a couple of spare batteries. Even has a conversion scale on thr back of them.All in all.. a very precise tool for relatively little money. Very happy with them.

Upgraded from my old reliable analogue Vernier caliper scale as finding it harder to read as I get older.Can now get readings down to .01mm accuracy without eyestrain.Nice clear display readout, Auto off display to save battery.Seems well made and comes with spare batteries.Only negative so far is the Hard plastic case has no shaped foam insert to protect the device from rattling about inside

Caliper head feels solid and accurate measurements. However depth gauge made of plastic not metal - and after using only a few times unfortunately it snapped, which should never happen. Buy with caution

These are perfect for anyone who does their own 3D printing and needs precise measurements. The case is sort of cheap and cheerful, but the callipers themselves are really nicely made. I was surprised to find TWO spare batteries in the box! I think they'll last years if past experience is anything to go by. These are the best callipers that I've bought so far (I've had two previously, one steel and one plastic). I can definitely recommend these.

I make accessories for commercial products. Being able to accurately measure those products is key to me getting the prototype design right the first time around. These calipers are both inexpensive and accurate. Certainly accurate enough for the work I do.The construction is solid and the pointed parts are SHARP so be careful! Comes with a user manual a small screw driver to open the battery compartment AND two extra batteries.Only nice thing to have would be a backlit LED display but that's more of a nice-to-have rather than a requirement.

I purchased two of these measuring tools. The build quality appears to be very good. I did not yet get to use them for my work. I tested them on some pieces that I know the measurements. The accuracy is good. I gave this instrument 5 stars because for its price point and its actual accuracy. I found it to be very acceptable. It has a good quality feel to it.I have seen in some reviews with some of these the measurement may not be consistent. There are factors involved such as the acceptable tolerance of the instrument, how even you place the calipers, how much pressure you exert when adjusting the calipers against the surface to be measured, and the temperature of the item to be measured. For general type of work this instrument accuracy is very acceptable. For all materials there is thermal coefficients to be considered when making precise measurements. This factor depends on the type of material to be measured.In relation to the cost of this instrument the precision is impressive. From my perspective it is very acceptable for home, and work projects. I will be using it for measuring fittings, electronic wire diameter, thickness of electrical conductors, and etc.--For example to calculate the coefficient of steel:Multiply the temperature change by 7.2 x 10-6, which is the expansion coefficient for steel. Continuing the example, you would multiply 0.0000072 by 5 to get 0.000036. Multiply the product of the expansion coefficient and the temperature increase by the original length of the steel. The coefficient of thermal expansion for steel is 0.00000645in/in/deg F.With this hand held instrument environmental temperature will also have some affect on it. This is normal.

Franchement a l’air de faire le job au millimètre près, après n’étant pas un véritable spécialiste des mesures ça ne reste que mon avis, mais franchement rien à dire en plus il y a deux piles et une boîte de rangement

J’ai pris le modèle le plus long, j’y ai fait de nombreux tests, et je les ai confronté aux autres pieds à coulisse que je possède déjà, la précision est très satisfaisante, mise en route et remise à zéro fonctionnent très bien, la qualité me semble très correct Même si j’en conviens Le prix est tout de même un peu élevé .Son écran est très lisible, je trouve très polyvalent et il me sert quotidiennement.J’en suis très satisfait .
