Ensure High Protein Strawberry Nutrition Shake, Ready to Drink, 16g Protein and 27 Vitamins and Minerals, 8 fl oz, 24 Pack

Ensure High Protein sits between the Original and Max Protein lines, which makes its numbers worth checking rather than assuming every Ensure bottle is the same. Each 8-ounce strawberry shake provides 16 grams of protein, 4 grams of sugar, 160 calories, and 27 vitamins and minerals. The smaller bottle is easy to finish and pack, while the 24-count case is better suited to a regular routine than a trial purchase. The ready-to-drink format needs no mixing and can be used with a meal, as a snack, or as an ingredient in smoothies and other recipes. Strawberry also offers a fruit-flavored alternative for anyone tired of chocolate and vanilla. This is not the brand’s highest-protein formula, but it provides more protein than Ensure Original while keeping the compact 8-ounce serving. Buyers should review the full ingredient and allergen panel and choose the product line that matches their nutritional needs. For convenience and a balanced middle-ground formula, this case is easy to understand and use.

It really keeps you healthy and helps you sleep because it has milk in it - great price at Amazon

Helps appetite no clumping great ingredients taste great

Very nutritious but the price was too high for a small 8 oz bottles

Easy to consume high levels of protein in a single serving. I normally consume the vanilla flavor and found the strawberry to be delicious!
