The True Spirit 140 "Power" is the top model of the Thermalright "Value" series. The "Power" has six 8 (instead of 6) mm thick heat pipes. If you are looking for maximum cooling performance at an affordable price and your case has the necessary width, the True Spirit 140 "Power" is certainly an excellent choice. The copper heat pipes and base of the cooler are nickel-plated and highly polished, the large heat sink is specially optimised for the absorption of a 140 mm fan. The high-quality heat pipes are optimally positioned to effectively dissipate the CPU heat to the 50 aluminium slats. The special, partially angled slat design minimises air resistance and at the same time effectively contributes to an effective temperature reduction. The cooler is delivered as standard with the temperature-controlled (PWM) Thermalright fan TY 147. The speed depends on the CPU temperature is 900 - 1,300 rpm (+/- 15%), resulting in a flow rate of 96 to 125 m³/h. For quiet operation the model has seven fan blades in a special "Torpedo" design, which, together with the optimised blades and the streamlined frame design, create a particularly effective and also very quiet air flow. Four fan clips for the TY 147 fans are included, so that a second fan can be mounted. The fans can be mounted with the enclosed AntiVibe pads vibration decoupling (8 pieces included). The box contents include the current Thermalright mounting system, which supports all current Intel and AMD platforms. In addition, the cooler has mounting material for the AM4 Ryzen processors from AMD. Illustrated assembly instructions are included (English language not guaranteed).

Amazing air cooler if you got the space for it...
Thermalright True Spirit 140 CPU cooler is very large and a very effective CPU cooler that is also quiet and even beats many all-in-one water coolers. It's big at about 770g, and tall at about 165mm I have in a it Thermaltake Core v21 and sit very nicely being that the board rest horizontally in the case. The cooler is moderately ok the attach to motherboard but I can see how certain cases or board orientation plus weight could make it difficult handling. You need to check dimensions of your case and board. From my experience with my PC build, RAM clearance wasn't the issue; it was too close to anything in the first expansion slot in my specific mATX motherboard, Asrock z170m. I used this cooler for months but swapped it for something else. If I didn't have to use those expansion slots, I'd still use this cooler. It effectively cooled my overclock 6600k at 4.7Ghz and I never seen it go over 55C and I miss this cooler. One of best air coolers I have used. Highly effective cooler, can have extremely quiet operation if you like as supplied fan has very low RPM and still cools nicely, good price, large though, dimensions might lead to mobo incompatibilities you never accounted for, you can't use other 140mm fans as the fan supplied is a 140mm fan with 120mm screw holes so you probably have to bend the metal spring holders or get similar fan (comes with TR TY 147 140mm fan but there are others in the line) if you want to use a second fan.

Was too big, and that's a shame, because it's brilliant.
This is a very nice cooler, very silent, and even it's big, it seems very stable, and was easy to install.I really like this fan, but unfortunately won't fit to my case, because it's too big.

Excellent cooler
Using this on an i7 4790K and able to overclock to 4.8 GHz on all cores, without massive fan noise.
