Comfortable, the lowest setting is hot enough any higher is too hot for me. Love that the outer casing is washable and the satin material is enjoyable. I only wish it stayed heating a little longer before shut off, but I guess that’s a great safety feature so not necessarily a con.

I really wanted to love this product, but it only holds a charge for 2-3 uses, making it a huge hastle to bother with. Also the power light is on the front, so it stays on and is very bright, making it difficult to wear at night if you have someone else in the room with you.

This only worked for 3 months, now it won’t turn on. The battery bar goes across your nose and is very uncomfortable. Loved that it is wireless. Won’t replace it, I’ll try something different.

Package can on time but the driver did not place the package in our delivery box! Left out so anyone could grab it. Great product to purchase.

I bought this to help get rid of my eye stye. After using this it was gone after about 5 days. Easy to use and comfortable to wear. My only complain is the power light is extremely bright for my poor husband to see. However it turns off after 15 min, so not too bad.

It heated up great and had no issues for a few months until the last few uses left giant stains everywhere. Maybe the satin is melting??? Because it left a giant black stain on my bed sheets and everything it touched. I cannot use it anymore.

This mask is awesome! So good that I ordered 2 of them, one for travel and another for home.

Excited to try this product due to the positive reviews. The mask turned on so it worked and the strap at no matter what length was distracting on my head. But consistently every time I used it I would wake up in the middle of the night and I do not have sleeping issues. The return process requires you to print a return label upon dropping it off at UPS. I do not have access to a printer so unless I want to pay $7.99 to have an Amazon driver pick it up at my house I have an extra step in order to get my return. With inflation I cannot eat any money and only buy things that I need. I have eye issues so I'm needing help. I've never had a problem returning products to Amazon before, so I know this is not their particular policy.
