These are exactly what I needed to upgrade my remote controlled LED strips to be controlled via Alexa.If your lights are quite far away from your router I imagine you could experience the router losing connection, but this wasn't a problem for me as the lights I am controlling are in the same room as the router.It was very easy to connect them using the Magic Home app and with the Magic Home app skill enabled on Alexa I can control the lights with my voice, only cons that I can think of with this is that you cannot control multiple lights at the same time with your voice, but this is easily sorted by creating Routines in your Alexa app, also you cannot control the light modes, such as "flash", "Strobe" "fade" etc... but this was not an issue for me as I very rarely use these functions.Overall, for me and for the price, I am very happy with the product.

Used these on the bottom of some kitchen cabinets. Granted they've got the usual slightly textured surface, but the strips kept coming lose over the first week or two. Bit of PVA glue sorted them out, and other than that, no complaints. Light is warm and even.

Easy to add to an existing LED strip. seems to accept a 4 or 5 pin strip and option in the app to change the configuration.Some nice features, such as a candle effect where the strip fades in and out like a candle flickering, or use the phone mic to flash to the beat.Main use case for me was to switch on and off via HomeAssistant and this works well for that, colour modes are also part of the HASS options too.

I have tested each individual colour on my LED strip to confirm red, green and blue work. But with the WiFi controller connected I am unable to have control over the LED strip in the app after getting it connected. Same too goes for controlling the strip using the IR remote. The LED strip is left in the on state. Selecting on and off doesn't turn the strip on and off but you notice a slight change in the colour of light on the strip. Selecting new colours on the remote or app also makes the strip change colour very slightly but it's not the colour requested. I'm also unable to turn the light off using the controller once power is connected. I have tried the different RGB / BGR settings you can set per device in the app just in case it's confused but that makes no difference. I am testing using a bench power supply at 12.8v.I did purchase what looks like the same wifi controller and remote from another seller last year which works fine from the IR remote and app. So maybe I just got unlucky with this one.Any suggestions before it goes in the bin?

Nice warm white light with no dotting but these get hot. A lot hotter then any led strips I’ve bought before.

I keep on having to buy new controllers as the negative pin on the power supply keeps burning out. This is my 4th controller I've had to buy so far. If you don't buy the controller it won't work.

They are so easy to install and set up using the available app I can control them from absolutely anywhere and even have Alexa now turning my lights on and offI’m over the moon with them
