Love the product and the free e-book is really useful to get you started. The exercises are clear and easy to follow with both pictures and instructions. Just be careful you don't miss it, it came in a follow-up email that was in my junk folder and it was only by chance I opened it, but it is definitely worth it. The band is also good quality and I can feel the burn!

They arrived a day earlier than what i was expecting. Good quality for the price, thick enough. But i am being careful on using them, since i did look at the review on amazon and saw a few of them breaking for a short period of time. So far it's been good and tension id good when i use it. Good buy for the price, quality is pretty good too.

This product is for someone who has never resistance trained. The quality is good but I really wish I'd got the highest resistance now as this will barely give me a work out however I'm too busy to go through the ball ache of returning the item for the correct one.

use this product for leg workouts, is very comfortable and easy to use! I received an email following my purchase from the company, which included 6 workouts to start off. Though I am not a beginner, this was a lovely addition and overall I am very happy with my purchase :)

These are just what I’ve been looking for they’re perfect for me and my workouts! I was so impressed by how quick they arrived and also that they attached a free workout guide to the email! The free workout guide gets you started with such helpful exercises you can do with the bands. Very impressed with the service and product, will definitely be ordering more soon!

This meant to be a heavy resistance but for any reasonably or even mildy athletic woman this is too easy.

Products are exactly as described, the bands are really nice and firm. I love the colours!! Delivery came a lot quicker than I expected which is a big plus but slight bummer as I now have no excuse to work out lol. I’m only giving 4 stars because I have only used them for a little while so can’t say too much about the durability but overall it’s a good product.

I bought this to put around my feet to strengthen my ankles, as going up and down onto the balls of my feet improved my Achilles and calves only. It is wonderful and worked just as I wanted. Very comfortable to use, and you determine the amount of muscle usage. I slip it on for a bit while in the recliner and exercise my ankles. I also received a guide for some really great exercises. The downside is that no matter how wonderful the product it cannot 'make me' do the exercise.

This band is cheap, because it is cheap. 4 star because it does what it's intended, but it's not the best quality. I use it for squats and the band tends to roll and dig in to my legs - which is because it's just a very thin piece of vinyl.I can't give this 5 stars, but I don't think it's poor quality either. It's exactly as described. Now that I've been using it for a month I'm going to "upgrade" to a bigger band that is thicker.

I purchased the purple single Heavy resistance band and it is not at all Heavy resistance. I would say it is a medium resistance. I have another set of bands I used but unfortunately lost the x-heavy black one so I wanted to just order 1 so I ordered this one. I would say the resistance is between medium and heavy, closer to medium.

Great band, high quality, perfect length for what I need. I was hoping would provide more resistance.
