I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase of this monitor. The monitor, which I specifically chose for its advertised navigation system, compatibility with Opel Antara 2009 steering wheel buttons, and 2 GB RAM, has failed to meet my expectations and has compromised the overall functionality of the product.On July 1st 2023, I purchased this with the understanding that it would feature a fully functional navigation system, along with seamless compatibility with the steering wheel buttons in my Opel Antara 2009. Additionally, the product description clearly stated that the monitor would come equipped with 2 GB of RAM. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the monitor only contained 1 GB of RAM, which is a significant deviation from the advertised specification.The faulty navigation system, as previously mentioned, has rendered my driving experience considerably less satisfactory. The inability to rely on the advertised functionality has not only compromised my trust in your company but has also put my safety at risk on numerous occasions. Furthermore, the lack of compatibility with the Opel Antara 2009 steering wheel buttons has significantly undermined the convenience and ease of use I anticipated when purchasing the product.Moreover, the incorrect RAM specification is a clear misrepresentation of the product's capabilities. The monitor's inadequate 1 GB of RAM hampers its overall performance and limits its ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This falls far short of what was promised and has resulted in a subpar user experience.As a customer who placed their trust in your company and expected to receive a high-quality and fully functional product, I request immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect a resolution that includes one or more of the following options:1. Prompt assistance from your technical support team to address and resolve the issues with the navigation system, steering wheel button compatibility, and the incorrect RAM specification. This should include providing a viable solution to upgrade the RAM to the advertised 2 GB or a suitable alternative to ensure the product functions as intended.2. 1gb not 2gb. Android auto doesn't connect, app for phone is useless. Don't waste your money.

No puedo poner menos de 1 estrella. La instalación es sencilla aunque demasiado apretada para encajar. La radio es lentísima al arrancar (30-40 segundos), a veces pierde la señal GPS a pesar de colocar la antena en muy buena posición.No tardó ni 1 mes en empezar a fallar, de repente el táctil de la pantalla no responde y no dejaba entrar a ningún apartado del menú para iniciar la música. Al principio ocurría de forma casual, pero llegó un punto (a los 2-3 meses) que dejó de funcionar por completo el táctil, eventualmente también pulsaba botones aleatorios de la pantalla y me obligaba a conducir con la radio apagada.Seguro que me dejo otras tantas pegas que tiene la radio, pero yo creo que es suficiente como para no confiar en comprarla, no es una radio barata como para que tenga estos fallos al MES DE USO.
