LTP Stoneseal Impregnating Stone Sealer (Stoneseal 250ml)

I was really sceptical about using this because our fireplace was so dirty (soot/smoke from 30 years of open fires and 5 years of a wood burner) but I have to be honest and say it was very easy to use, didn't make any mess and after three applications and a final rinse off with water our fireplace is almost like new. Thankfully this cleaner does not remove all colour and aging from the stone which was one of my fears, ending up with something that looked "bleached".I bought two cans but only used one so in a few years time I will be able to spruce the fireplace up again if needed. How something that appears to be so mild can clean up such grime is a mystery but I can assure anyone, it really works as the before and after pictures clearly show.

It works well to seal our stone fireplace. I would strongly advise a mask and as much ventilation as possible when spraying

Wanted heat resistant spray sealer. Having read can , doesn't mention heat resistant.

This product seems to have changed formulations to an inferior one. The old sealer left a thick gloss on my granite. This new one left an unpleasant matte white powdery finish which is his awful. Very disappointed with this product.

Quick and easy to use. Need to rub reasonably hard to remove ‘pink’ colour from grout, but it works. No rinsing and after polishing off makes the water ‘bead’ so easy to wipe off and not absorb into tile so easily.Quite expensive but worth the money and lasts a while.

Used this to clean 18 years of grime and soot from my limestone fireplace. Results were not 100% but still mighty impressive. Have added An after shot to show results. Highly recommend
