I love this set and use everything that comes with it. The barbell pad is comfortable for hip thrusts and squats, the resistance bands and ankle straps are solid quality, and the lifting straps work great. The carry bag makes it easy to bring everything to the gym. Excellent value for getting multiple accessories in one package. Highly recommend!

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and everything has held up great, great stability/durability. The ankle straps might not be great for excessive weight multiple times a week but 20-30 lbs seems totally fine for me. The band is pretty light weight but just enough; with overly excessive use I can see it being stretched out pretty easily but still incredibly useful! I Love the pastel pink color!!! This was a steal of a deal and I am so happy I bought it.

i am an "all things pink" girl to the core!!! and i loveee the gym! so why not combine the two??? honestly, having cute gym equipment motivates me even more to go! it's such a small but significant difference to my fitness routine. and who says that working out can't be stylish??? i've been using the same set for almost 10 months now and all the equipment is still in good condition, it's very durable & reliable. I can fit everything into my backpack. for someone who loves doing hip thrusts, the bar pad is so comfy and takes off from the heavy weight digging into your hips.

Love that it’s pink. Does what it’s supposed to do. I was gonna order all this separately and then found this pack (cheaper to buy as a set), epically if you want pink lol
