I recently had twins so ordered one for each of them. It was really easy to personalise then the lady sent me a preview of the photos to confirm all of the details were correct once the order was received. Then when I confirmed they were the photos were printed and sent first class in a do not bend envelope. Really good quality and a nice keepsake for a baby nursery. Would highly recommend.
