Civil Procedure: Doctrine, Practice, and Content [Connected Casebook] (Aspen Casebook)

Overall it's okay and I'm sure there are worse one's out there, but for the price, I don't think this book is a clearly written as it could be.

Book does not start from personal jurisdiction - compared to most other Civ-Pro books. Book also contains some embarrassing typos.

It's a textbook. In this a student has little choice but to use the book chosen by their professor /school. However, the only problem with this book is it is missing the access code for using the online digital textbook. I bought the book new because I use the online version mostly but have to have the hardcopy for class and it arrived without the code. I immediately contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement and it, again, arrived without the access code. No shrinkwrap on both either. My semester has started so it's big hassle to have to return books in general. Then for the replacement to arrive with the same problem as the original is just unacceptable.

Great tool and very detailed, but organization does not follow the process of a case in civ pro

I purchased the book new and it came with a used online access code.
