NEW REVIEW 5/31/24 -I've had these earbuds for bit now, shortly after i bought them, maybe a month or so, i was running into issues with them connecting to my phone while in their case, and the case shut. took me a bit to figure out why my phone was not having any audio as it turned out to be going into the headphones that weren't in use.i submitted a support case regarding this to see if it was a known issue that was 6 months ago and i have not even received acknowledgement from the support team.on-top of that the earbuds now will just disconnect whenever they feel like, cutting in and out, while just walking around with my phone in my pocket. i would never buy these again.OLD REVIEW -i've taken away my 4 star rating for this now as of 5/31/24, i would not recommend these to anyone

This is a classic tale. I forgot my earbuds at home I'll be traveling for 12 days. Have 7 hours worth of flying ahead of me. Knew I would get ripped off at the airport. I bought these because they had active noise canceling. Not only does the noise canceling not work at all but they've already started cutting in and out. Please allow me to be a cautionary tale: if you forgot your earbuds just get the cheapest pair in the airport.

Had to purchase these at the airport since I forgot to pack my earbuds. Worked perfectly fine for a few weeks, now the charging box will not charge. I've made several attempts over the past few weeks with different cords, outlets and locations. No charge.The blue light will flicker on for a second then nothing. I'm still trying salvage only because I don't want to believe they've gone dead only after a few weeks. Keep in mind I have not dropped or left in extreme temps. Dunno. All I can say is you'd be waisting your money. Spend elsewhere.
