2 Pack Frigidaire Electrolux Replacement Door Bin Part #240323001

Read a lot of the reviews before purchasing and I was a little apprehensive. A LOT of reviews said that it didn't fit their fridge or the shelf would fall out. I gave it a shot anyway and overall I am satisfied, but it definitely does not fit like the original. I installed it and then put pressure on it using my hand, and one of the sides popped out. Not to the point that the shelf would just fall out, but the original shelf does not do that... We don't have anything super heavy in that shelf, and so far it has stayed put. I would recommend this shelf to others, but be aware that is not manufactured to the same standards as what came with your fridge. For that you would need to buy directly from the manufacturer (and pay a lot more)...

Great replacement

In defense of this product against the previous bad reviews, what do you expect for a cost effective replacement product? Yes, the bins don't exactly snap in on their own and sometimes they will tend to pop off when you install right out of the package, but for $20 can you really complain? solutions are quite simple 1. use double sided tape to hold in place 2. small set screw (matching color of fridge obviously), or don't be cheap and buy direct replacement from manufacturer.

This product is completely useless. Do not buy if you plan on placing anything in the bin as it will knock out the bin and fall crashing to the floor or onto your toes. Not only did we buy one, we bought a second one to use as a backup in case one of other bins broke. HA The joke is on us because the both don't fit!! Yes, we checked to make sure that these were the correct bins for our make of refrigerator. They look like the old door bins, but with cheaper plastic that IS NOT a perfect fit. They DO NOT FIT the door. "Oh so close!!" is not what you want to say when trying to put these in your door. They are just ever so slightly off and do not slide properly in place. It is SO CLOSE that you swear they fit, but then you place a bottle in the door and the whole bin falls off - why? Well because the bin does NOT lock into place -- it is a fraction off and wont slide into place correctly. If you are the manufacturer and are reading my review -- do the right thing and give me my money back -- or better yet -- go fire your line crew quality control inspector who should realize these don't fit! You are better to spend the ridiculous amount of money on the real door bins than the cheaper bins this company sells since they DONT FIT and you'd be wasting money.

fast shipment. good price. one shelf doesn't snap into the slots as well as the other. I wouldn't put heavy items or glass in these for awhile. one has fell twice. but I am happy with it over all. just don't over load it until you are sure it fits well. lots better than no shelf at all.

I like the product itself but felt a little annoyed that I found out the hard way that buying two would do me no good. It turns out the upper shelves and the lower shelves are two different kinds. I guess I have a spare for when the next lower one breaks.

I originally left a bad review, after trying these and thinking they did not fit. Enter my beautiful wife...They fit perfectly fine for her. I see reviews that say it doesn't fit properly but it does. What I noticed is that I had to adjust the ends to the slots in the fridge and once you slide the replacement door in the slots your good to go. I think other reviewers expected a simple slide in to work but you do have to push it into the slots for a secure hold.
