Q: Is the mount of this bike lights stable?

It's very stable, the bike light base is hard aluminium with two nuts to hold it in place and it didn't shift when I rode over bumps.

Q: Is the bike front light bright enough?

Yes. I use 2 lights. one down on the front tire, so i can see directly in front of my bike, and this one i point out to see the road ahead, as my "headlight". I also need one more, to attach to my helmet, so when turning my head, whatever i look at with my head facing to the side, i can light up what i am looking at, because when you turn your head left or right, you dont turn handlebars or bike front to shine light on what you are glancing at. for night riding, i have found, and recommend the 3 lights for these reasons. you need good light on your tire straight down, not as bright but at least 2-3k lumens, this 9k lumen light is very good for lighting up your path, but then the problem of where you turn your head BUT keeping your bike and handlebars straight, you cannot see well, so my bike helmet has a clamp to mount a 3rd light. don't forget the tail-lights, they are very important for making people coming up behind you see you. the last thing i will add to my Bicycle is mirrors to see behind me without turning my head...side-view?acting also as rear-view. Bikes are dangerous. Night riding...much more dangerous. you need every advantage you can get to stay safe.

Yes, it is a horizontal widened design and the lighting range does get bigger and very bright.

Q: Is the bike headlight bright enough?

On the strong setting yes, problem is battery does not last long on this setting. The lower settings I would not say put out enough light to be a stand alone headlight.
