It is hard to say for furniture because there are so many different types of materials that could be involved. If it gets on a wall, then soap and water should work, but if not then try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Q: How to get the shirt on? Do i take the head off?

There should be a Velcro closure in the back of the shirt.
