Better than the original
Better since it is SS. No corrosion, sharp blade.

works well
Works well. Holds up to being steam sterilized. I had some old ones that were rusting when autoclaved. So far these are not.

Great knife
Gets the job done I have no complaints

Slapping the word ‘premium’ on something doesn’t make it nice.
Low quality, poorly formed blunt blade. No wonder it was so cheap!

Four Stars
Works well and is sturdy but very dull.

Cheap
You get what you pay for. I don’t know what steal they use, but the heat treat is poor/non-existent. It bent on me within the first couple of weeks. I would not purchase this for a commercial lab or a dental practice.

Dull
Definitely lower quality than an authentic Buffalo. The knife arrived very dull. There was no attempt to sharpen from the factory.
