Looks like a quality filter replacement set.
Both filters come in their own individual box. Both come with the filter as well as replacement O-rings for each. They seem to be exact replacements for the OEM Counterparts in looks, shape and weight. They feel well constructed and just as good as OEM, but at a small fraction of OEM cost. I installed them yesterday and time will tell. Once I get to the required replacement in 10K miles, I may tear them apart to see how they compare. I will keep my OEM filters as a comparison set for when I do so, but for now, to me, they seems to be more than adequate.
