The media could not be loaded.  Update 5/12/23Seller respond was so fast and efficient, seller sent a replace witch works fine, instantly sync.i did some typing and this feedback is using the keyboard, the feeling is grate and fast respond more than 2mt from the keyboard and computer, no delay at all.since i'm not from state, i ending to pay 40$ + the keyboard value, but i''m glad that the seller resolved the issue right away, it seems to be that the previous one was returned/defective.. tried the keayboard and dungle with the new one and didn't pair, so both part were damaged.dont like rgb but anyway.. yu can turn it off or switch for other color and not rainbow one.The only thing that i don't like is that whenever yu turn off and on, it goes back to rainbow mode, overall is good for typing without any delay at all, i haven't test it gaming but i guess will be fine too.My 4*** is base on the experience getting a deflective.5**** with the seller since resolved the issue ASAP.* Box came ripped like it was open it.* looks new and came with c-cable.I tried to pair the keyboard with 3 devices following the steps pressing ESC+K for 3 seconds and put the dongle in the USB, once keayboard stop the blinking mode, doesn't work. I tried to use a laptop+mini pc+and my regular desktop, didn't work at all.when yu inyected the usb, is reconized by windows a new device / keyboard, once the process ends, doesn't respond, not even at 5cm away from the USB ... hope seller can process full refund, since i'm not in USA< for me is expensive to send it back since i also have to pay to get it where i live.it felts solid, is a shame i can't say no more about it, hopping to get a refund, maybe was my luck, but sometime is more safe buy thru ebay than sellers on amazon.

I honestly bought the keyboard for WFH. I work by sunlight as my setup is next to a window so when the sun starts to set, I just wanted to be able to still see my keyboard without having to turn on more light.I bought this keyboard and it is nice. I received it Feb 27 and the last few days I have been having issues with it not registering when I type. I can slow down and type one letter at a time over and over and it will not pick it up. It happens randomly. May return and try another one, but maybe if you do not type as fast or have to use it as often, it won't be an issue. Also, did not realize it did not have the number pad until I received it, but that was not a big deal. I don't use the wrist pad that came with it due to it taking up too much of the pull out drawer for keyboard. But that was a nice addition to the keyboard that may be useful.

Nothing against the keyboard; it felt fine. I just can’t get used to such a compact keyboard. I need the separate arrow keys and number pad. I returned.

So this definitely gives gamer vibes with the cute colors. When I first got it, the box was all dusty. Instructions are easy enough but the keyboard itself is pretty elevated so you definitely will need the wrist support. Orientation of keys are a little strange but I'm a Macbook user so everything's a little strange haha. I will say though that I'm naturally a fast typer, but this keyboard is janky in that it won't register some of my keys. I originally wanted to write this review on the keyboard but it kept lagging so I switched to my laptop lol. Also, I JUST got this keyboard but every time I hit the space bar, I hear the springs going off.You get what you pay for though. Price is decent to match the quality.

The product is awesome coming in this price range. If you are looking for a budget wireless keyboard just go for it. The dealer is super helpful and replied immediately (as the first product I received was faulty) and resolved the issue by dispatching a new model asap. Great buy!
