Fitness 1 inch Tricurl Combi Bar with Collars

Bit sharp in places but was cheep and does what i want

Copy of not so wonderfully printed instructions supplied with it for anyone that wants / needs it.Bar itself is hollow, not solid.The knurling is very gentle, arrived with two strong 3 rings each clips.Aarrived in a long thin cardboard box.Appears to do what it says on the tin, no complaints.Tried it out, and indeed less stress on the elbows compared to a straight bar.

I started using one of these bars around 6 years ago, lost it and now bought another after finally finding it.Best bar you can have if you lift at home.Especially useful for tight form hammer curls and triceps curls.Strongly recommend purchasing one

Like the design, the different angles to the bar give more options than a standard bar. Only flaw was around the welds, in places the are kinda rough which means the chrome in those areas may cause a problem down the line. We'll see...

Nice 1 inch bar, allows more comfort and ability to do multiple exercises. I wouldn't trust it to hold 100kg's or more, but for below that, I think it's pretty solid.

Very pleased with this bar, gives a different angle for curls and tricep extensions from the ez bars. Good quality
