Very poor build quality
This has lasted just over one week! The frame takes a little time to put together but is not a big challenge if you have a bit of experience, I followed the instructions to the letter (or illustration, as there are no written directions).Where the posts join the plastic elbows, they are supposed to snap/lock into place but don’t, they just pull back out again which is not great. When it came to lifting the roof to add the legs, the roof kept falling apart, in the end it took six people and a roll of gaffa tape to add the legs to the frame, from that point on I was a little concerned about its suitability as a gazebo being used in the UK as it would no doubt have to face some British weather. As I have a lot of experience with these types of gazebo, I had the frame tied to a fence, pegged to the ground, and the guy ropes also in place and pegged to the ground on the front three posts as they were not against the fence, in addition to this i affixed weights to the legs of the gazebo and screwed the plastic feet to the posts as these always fall off otherwise…so it was very unlikely to fly away.Last week we had a few breezy days, on both of these days parts of the roof that had not already been taped, fell off, with one of them buckling under hardly any pressure whatsoever, so I taped them back into place. We had a downpour of rain yesterday afternoon, I went and checked on it and it appeared fine, then I noticed the roof started drooping on one side with the buckled pole, so I went out and pushed it up to disperse the pool of water that was mounting. I had to do this repeatedly and it became apparent very quickly that the fabric was stretching quite noticeably and was also ripping on the one corner under the weight of not very much water. When the rain calmed a little and the water had stopped pooling so much I headed inside to grab some steps so I could remove the roof for the evening (something I have been doing since putting it up so it didn’t try to fly away overnight). I came back out thirty minutes later to find it lying flat on the floor!Upon closer inspection this morning when I went back out in the hope to rebuild it, I found that several of the metal bars had buckled and a large number of the plastic elbows had snapped…there wasn’t enough left in one piece for me to be able to salvage the gazebo, so it went in the bin.I cannot advise strongly enough that this product is avoided, it is of a very poor quality and the more novice buyer will struggle to get it built in the first place.

Gazebo
I recently had a wonderful experience with the customer service team. Despite losing my receipt and not knowing if It’s been received after a few days they went above and beyond to ensure that I received a refund for the goods.Building the Gazebo wasn’t the easiest thing to do and it was kinda complicated with a lot of pieces to put together.

Poor quality, broke immediately
Don’t get this product, it is not worth £99 and I feel like I was robbed. The plastic pieces to connect the pipes together broke the first day we put it up. It was put up to protect from rain water, which it couldn’t handle and subsequently broke. Do not spend £99 on a product which won’t even last 12 hours. I’m so angry to be writing this review as the seller even states they do not accept refunds, probably because they know everyone would want a refund due to how poor quality the product is. Go with something cheaper, at least if it breaks you won’t have lost that much.
