I was a sceptic. This is a great alternative to the full sugar version. Has a lovely taste and a slight aftertaste which isn’t unpleasant, just different (possibly the sweetness?). I’m a convert! *****

I got this after hearing through the grapevine that it was quite close to the real thing. For those out there that are looking for a diet alternative this is really good, it adds a syrupy sweetness you just cant get normally without adding a tone of calories... I use this on porridge and French toast and all sorts of things.

This tastes pretty good. It's obviously not going to be as good as the real thing, but for the purpose of a low carb/low cal diet this is great. It has a realistic maple flavour and texture. The only thing that lets it down is the aftertaste that you always get when dealing with sugar free, artificial sweetened products.

Surprisingly good added to flavour meat and on porridge although it does taste artificial after a while but a tiny bit goes a long way Walden products are very hit and miss and this was a hit

I was disappointed as I read most reviews which stated that this was a really good pancake syrup. The after taste of the sweetners is not great and the syrup is runny.

I really like the flavour of this product. I use it on my morning porridge and don’t worry about the calories of golden syrup or map,e syrup - delicious.

Nice taste and a little goes a long way so the bottle will last a couple of months being added to breakfast porridge
