This is a white label product and they don’t have spare parts.
Poor customer service from both Amazon and Songmics. Item was packed with parts missing. Neither Amazon or Songmics were able to supply the missing parts. They wanted me to send the whole package back and reorder a complete new package. Assuming this is a white label product and not made or stocked by Songmics so you can probably shop around for it cheaper. Don’t expect help if the wrong parts are sent.
