Waste of money went wrong stopped working

Stopped working after only a few days. I tried several for an elderly friend, they all failed within a few weeks some only after a few days. Very poor quality. Don't Buy

To fit properly, the ear bud has to be at right angles. This picture shows it at 180 deg. Is it adjustable?

No it is not I got these for my wife because she is profoundly deaf and her NH aid failed, they are a reasonable cheap hearing aid and they do work but yes they do tend to slip from time to time also he battery compartment becomes easily loose. but all in all for a hearing aid you need for emergency times they are not too bad
