Good budget non RGB fans
How do we know they are cheap fans? Molex connectors. BUT they do have a 3pin PWM, come with screws and run pretty quiet and have good airflow. Went well with the theme of the build.

Good fans for the price.
Would give five stars if they were slightly less noisy, but for some budget desktop fans they do the trick.

Great cheap fans.
These fans are cheap, quiet, well made, and I would buy them again. They're not on the same premium level of a Noctua fan so don't expect that. I bought them to use in a window fan project. I live in an older house without a bathroom fan and in the winters steam and humidity creates an issue. I bought these along with a five-way fan splitter cable, an adapter cord to connect the fan splitter to a standard 12v "drum/cylindrical" style plug, and inexpensive 120v to 12v fan speed control with adjustment knob, and a outlet mounted push button timer. I measured it beforehand and knew that five of these fans would fit almost perfectly in my window. I ended up attaching them together with double-sided (gorilla) mounting tape and then zip tying one to the next using the screw holes. Plenty strong for my application. At full speed I can barely hear these fans running and they vent my bathroom very quickly. They'll even vent my whole apartment eventually if I let them run for a while with an open window on the other side of my apartment. I've been running these in a very humid environment for a few months now without an issue. I chose these cheap fans instead of a more premium fan because I would care less if they got water damage or dirty or cracked, and I would choose them again for the same type of project. The plastic is cheap and more on the fragile side for this application, but that's to be expected. If you're looking for a cheap fan for a project or you want something for your kids to play around with I think this would be a good option.

Great fans for the price
Uphere makes good options for those on a budget. The white fans look great in any build especially if the case is white. It makes the build look nice and clean. If paired with a black or grey case it gives it a nice contrast of color. They also are good paired with RGB fans and Uphere makes solid packs of those as well.

Cheap and silent.
Cheap and silent. They move a good amount of air. I use em as case fans. Not sure if they are the right choice for a liquid cooling radiator (i dunno the static pressure). The come with 3pin connector and molex on the same cable. I did cut molex.
