No it's not already built but easy to assemble

Which is the exact wideness?

It is 18 inches wide, which is nearly 46 cms. Hope this helps.

How big is the package this is delivered in?

I can't remember the size of the package but all the sections slot together and are then joined to the base. This towel rail falls over really easily, I wouldn't recommend!

For those who have had this for several months or more - has it stood the test of time? Thinking rust mainly - as it is for a bathroom

No rust so far got it about 3 months and it still looks good
