Nice and firm. A little narrow but I am keeping it. Nice soft and washable cover.

This was a replacement for one left on a plane and I like it even better than the old one! The diameter is smaller than my old one and works better. The memory foam cradles my neck at just the right angle. I love that the cover is washable! Great quality item!

It's too hard for me. I think this pillow is dessigned for someone who lays flat. The size was perfect but it hurts my neck as it is too stiff.

Since I've been using this neck roll, I've had no more neck pain! The product fits nicely behind your neck and is soft but supportive. Removable cover for cleaning too. Love this product!

I am very impressed with this roll pillow. I have always had neck pains, but with the years passing it's much worse now with my bulging discs. Too many sleepless nights and mornings where you can barely move and get out of bed. I bought this with low expectations. SOOOO...when I tried it the first night, I found it pretty stiff being new. I couldn't use it all night for it made me sorer. However, the next few nights I laid with it under my neck just while laying for a while and it did provide some relief. The following nights, I was able to fall asleep with it. I realized you have to figure out with trial and error how best to use it. Don't get discouraged because it didn't eliminate you pain on the first night. This is definitely a great buy. I am very happy.

I’ve used many different knee supports for sleeping and this one is the best. It is long enough without taking over the whole bed. It is firm yet has enough “give” under the weight of my knees. The washable cover has a nice design and feel to it. Also, you can’t feel the zipper at all.

I bought one of these for my mom and for my husband. Both of them use it more like a pillow than a neck pillow. So it seems that would defeat the purpose, but they both love it and continue to use it. Whatever.

No fué lo que esperaba, creo que está muy grande y demasiado duro, no se acopla bien al soporte del cuello y muy incómodo por lo duro, sientes que corta la circulación.Ni que decir de usarlo al estar acostado de lado, es peor.
