UPDATE sturdy and heavy
So now that I've had enough time using the reformer, here is the detailed review. The springs are MUCH lighter than the springs used in studio reformers. Total four, combined resistance is ibly 84 lbs, so for me, this makes footwork too easy... I didn't see replacement springs on the manufacturer's website so I hope other brand springs can still be used. Also, the shoulder pads are not very comfortable - it's set too wide for my frame and hits right at the clavicle-scapula joint with not enough cushion. The two-loop straps could also be softer though this can be often replaced. By the way, I'm average sized female - 5'5" weighing 130 lbs. For the price, I still recommend the reformer.-----‐----------it's heavy, make sure you've got help to carry it where you want to place it. minimal assembly needed which is a plus. i wish the springs were heavier for more resistance, idk if seanlee sells replacement springs with options.

Unsure on it
I debated between this reformer and a wood studio grade one that was much more expensive. The pro is that it comes basically fully assembled, and was light enough I was able to carry it down to my studio space on my own.Immediate impression:-The carriage is too short, I’m 5’5” and I barely fit on it to lay down with the should rests.-The entire machine is too short to do most moves correctly and it doesn’t glide the smoothest. You almost feel like you could bend or break the frame. Likely it’s just too light to be a stable reformer.-The front platform is too narrow to do forward facing lunges.-Spring load is too light for any sort of leg work, it’s fine for arms and abs but won’t serve as a good work out for legs.I’ve be doing reformer Pilates for years and I am used to studio machines and knew this would be different but it doesn’t even feel like a good workout that I’m not sure I’ll even use it. I’m going to keep it for a few days and see if my thoughts change but likely I’ll be returning.

BE AWARE: The picture and video do not match
The picture of the handles on this reformer are fixed and that is the description as well. When you watch the video the handles are not fixed and completely different. They are removable straps in 2 sizes. This is a bad way to advertise this product. How do you know what you're getting?

If over 5’9/176cm keep looking
It’s really easy to set up and it’s comfortable. Gets the job done. Looks like it’ll last long ans well manufactured. Only caution is for taller people and stronger people. I’m 5’9/176cm and if the foot bar is upright I can’t extend my legs fully. I have to lower the foot rest to do footwork and fully extend. I have long legs/short torso track type porportions for reference. My torso fits the carriage(?)/laying down portion well. Though if you have a tall swimmer body idk your butt might hang? But your legs will have full range. Luckily I just barely made the cut to fit the machine and be comfy.I need heavier springs. The 2 red and 2 yellow may be ok for upper body, but lower body they’re just so weak. It’s like no tension. But it’s still a good purchase. Even better if it were a bit longer and had spring purchasing options. I’ll need to buy stronger springs.

Great for beginner and mobility impaired.
If I had known how much this reformer would have died in my stretching and ability to exercise I would have purchased it sooner. It is great for a beginner and someone like me who is mobility impaired. It has just the right springs and tension as needed. I can see where someone with higher resistance needs might need something more. It appears the springs are conventional size and I have ordered a stronger spring which I think will add more resistance when I need it.
