SlipX Solutions Stop-A-Clog Drain Protectors Keep Hair Out of Drains! 2 Hair Catchers Per Package. (Clear, Plastic, 5" Diameter)

My wife's excess hair would block the shower drain every few months. Now it doesn't because she has left me. The bits of hair trapped in this drain protector are all I have left of our 17 year marriage. Five stars.

We bought this to protect the bath from too much hair but unfortunately the size of the protector shows external and internal dimensions but not the bit that fits around the plughole so when we went to fit it to a modern bath with a push fit plug, the suction cups don't fit around the plughole and we can only stick 2-3 suction cups, even then, these don't quite hold properly so it will probably end up in the binGreat idea but needs to be slightly larger and probably of a more rubber type material so more flexible and easier to stick

Very effective at catching hair and any other detritus that may otherwise slip down the plug-hole. It stays in place well and catches hair without ever really blocking the flow of water.The only downside is that in harder water areas, it does gather limescale and can be a bit tricky to clean. But that would be the same of any drain protector.

I bought this to replace the good grips hair trap I had which seemed to allow as much hair slide underneath it as it trapped.I loked the look of this product as it has 6 suction cups as opposed to just 3 so reduces the probability of hair slipping underneath.I used it for the first time yesterday and was very impressed that the hair sat on it and didn't slip through (I have quite fine hair). Was easy to lift up, pull the hair off to put in the bin and then rinse it ready for air drying.Definite value for money!

At first I couldn’t figure out how to make it stick to the Bath as it kept pinging off however after fiddling with it with and without water I got it to stick and it’s the best thing I’ve ever used to stop hair going down the drain! I’ve used so many different types that always end up leaving me showering in a puddle however this one gives so much room to allow the water to go down the drain and also stop the hair from following! I accidentally ordered a two pack but will be giving the second one to my mum as the hair drain she has is rubbish!10/10 would recommend!!

I have tried other catchers that don’t work. We used these in the past and they are still the only hair catcher that works and collects hair. With 3 long haired females in the house. The only thing is, not allSuction pads fit around the hole to stick, but it still picks up all the hair. I would not waste money trying to look at other ones that look more fashionable.

These looked like good quality products when they arrived, and they stuck well to the bottom of the bath. Sadly, however, the holes in them were the perfect size to let all my hair through and I have found myself constantly having to unblock the drain. I found that very little hair was caught by this product. They’ve now been binned in favour of a different type.

Looks cheap but works incredibly well, even though it doesn't fit exactly! It depends on the precise size of the flat area around the waste whether all the suction pads will stick, so it's impossible to know until you buy it. We managed to fit 4 of the 5 suction pads so we'll go with that!
