I was very skeptical about buying these, especially because normally I would NEVER buy car parts of Amazon. Everything about these screamed sketchy to me, from the broken English in the ad, to the lack of warranty, etc etc HOWEVER - when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised at their quality. The looked really nice, clean and well put together. Felt about the same in weight as the stock motors I was replacing.For now, these have been installed on a 2017 Ford Focus that would not reverse and had trouble grabbing forward. These motors fixed the problem I was having. These units are offered as New but, they are most definately not. I ordered 2 of them despite reading others had received used but, thought it was not true. I was wrong. I received them in quick order and opened the boxes to see that one was dented and had scratches all over the plug (obviously used) and the other had knicks and dents also with grease still underside by plug.I installed them anyway hoping they were at least rebuilt....nope! I reset the computer and after starting the car the lights went on. I tried to put into gear and actuator A kept making clicking sounds and Actuator B would not allow it to go into reverse. read the codes and got Clutch Actuator B and A codes.I removed both and inspected them closely. I spun the shaft at the end and one sounded like it had sand inside it.I put the old ones back in and cleared the codes and it works. They needed changed for slow shift issues but, at least they work.These people should be taken off of Amazon and not allowed back. Thank God i am a mechanic and can do this myself but, others may have to pay labor just to find out they bought junkyard parts.Do yourself a favor.... local Ford dealers have these in stock or 2-3 days shipping for around $130.00 a piece. It is definately worth the extra to get actual NEW products.

Car wouldn't drive, car drives now. Had scary warning transmission overheating stop when safe- code was clutch position sensor signal intermittent, youtube and internet say that may be from this actuator. Replaced few hundred miles and hasn't had any problem since. Need E8 inverted torx bit but under hour job.

Fit my 2015 Ford Fiesta SE - both the A & B.Shipped on time and was not damaged.

Worked amazing just remember to test ur clutch A and B for spring back smoothly and your all set to install these motors. Also very important unhook your battery for the night to reset the TCM and clear the codes or you will still have peoblems.
