Outdated product, no app support
Outdated product. This was installed by skoda dealership and was not worth for money. If you are going to connect through usb port, there are other options in the market.

Cheap quality and outdated
Horrible product, just very difficult and non app product. Wish I could return this.

Not a great product
Bought along with tata nexon in 2023.Not so worth. Still not able to download the recorded videos. Anybody can help steps to download?? Using 128gb card.

This product cannot live up to Indian audience expectations
It has great ability to record nice videos. However to view the videos we have to to take out the SD card and connect it to a laptop using a card reader.The card when I connected to mobile phone, it did not recognize the format. Tried connecting to VW info entertainment system. It too did not recognize the format. Only windows laptop was able to read the SD card.This is a serious limitation for Indian market. We expect at least some sort of wireless connectivity.Therefore look for some dashcam which can connect with other devices easily and copy/play videos

Not upto today requirements
Firstly, UI is not that good, Secondly there is no option for viewing the recording. You have to plug it into system. No formating option in the Device itself. No wireless connectivity nor app support.

Not really worth of the price
Got this product while buying tata car from dealer. It says this is Tata authorised accessories. But really not sure of it. Also, there is no wifi connectivity to copy videos in mobile for such heavy price.

Worst product.
Got this dashcam from tata dealer when buying my tata nexon. This is the worst thing I have bought in my life. Picture quality is like nokia phone 10 years ago. Even though it says 1080p the quality is like 144p. Can identify number plates of other cars at less than 10 feet distance and only when stationary. This defeats the very purpose of installing a dashcam which is to identify vehicles number plates incase of an accident. Also in a 7 hour drive I found only 3.5 hours of video recording. Rest of the recordings were missing.

Dashcam without app is rubbish
A Tata dealer, Prerana Motors, installed this useless dashcam in my new car. There is no app. Apparently you have to take the card out for videos. Hello, who does this in 2024? Tata and its notorious dealers are so used to selling trucks and taxis, they have no idea how passenger cars are used. Just to make a few thousand rupees, dealers install this useless dashcam.
