Save your money. The quality is poor, bad instructions, flimsy desk drawer. Bed is not sturdy. The seller is terrible at solving the issue. The cost to ship back is more than the bed and Amazon is not helpful as they keep promising I'll get a new shipping lable and the seller does nothing.

This bed took me 18 hours over 3 days to put together. This was the most awful thing I have ever had to put together. Pictures in the directions were not helpful, one of the 3 magnets needed to keep the stair doors closed doesn't work in keeping the door closed, there were no starter holes drilled for smaller screws to start into. When building the stairs there are very small areas that you will have to get into to help add protection to the stairs. After all of the hours I spent working on building this and the drawers still won't go in right. I will say that it's sturdy though.

My boys are tough on things. It hasn’t came apart or broke yet. Had it about a year.

There were MULTIPLE holes not drilled!! Tried to contact company ZERO help had to HIRE someone to drill the damn holes I’m a nurse not a damn handyman!!! Ridiculous! DONT BUY!!

I purchased this with excitement since was in the market for a murphy bed of some kind for space saving. Came across this and already had a trifold mattress. A guest slept on it and it snapped and loosened in some areas. In no way was I trying to return or get a refund. Emailed the company. Nothing. Called the company. No ringing and would disconnect without ringing. Googled for different numbers or emails. None. I am still making Payments on this on Affirm. Am disappointed and disgusted with the customer service. Amazon is no help. They just forwarded me the same email and phone number and said. Good luck. I just want to fix it. It is a lovely space saving item. If was reinforced. I could see me using for years.
