The laptop is NOT touchscreen which is a big reason I bought it. Also didn’t come with the usb card.

False Advertising
I’m unhappy with the purchase because this advertised as being touch screen and it was not, clearly false advertising.The usb card also doesn’t fit into any of the slots on the laptop which means additional funds to purchases a usb card reader. This laptop is small and portable with an okay battery life however processing time is slow. I regret purchasing this simply because of the false advertising.

Barely works.
Not sure how to handle this one honestly. It came beautifully packaged and is blatantly brand new BUT BARELY WORKS. Slower than the sloths in Zootopia and constantly times itself out on the internet, but, all the other tablets or such that connect to my internet at home work just fine. Frustrated as this was bought for me to go back to school.

Ok for the price
This is a low cost laptop so I dont have many complaints. But just so that you are aware - since I dont know what all the specs mean - it’s not going to run a show + other windows together very quickly and almost always will kick me off of Netflix after it’s gone into sleep mode and you will have to reload everything. It also doesn’t have the best visual quality if you are picky about that but is completely acceptable.
