A good value for the money.
I have the UV version and they're reasonably bright with a nice long lead that can be removed if you don't need it.I bought these thinking they were 12v based on the FAQ but it turns out they're 30v which is forcing me to change my plans. Here's a picture of the power controller for others that might need the details.

Not real bright. Didn’t work for glow party.
These kind of glow blue, but don’t put out enough light to make things glow. Had to use black lights to get the glowing effects. Okay lights if you don’t need to glow.
