This has helped me a lot, first it's very firm so you will still need another normal pillow or two.Having a sever chronic respiratory condition I sometimes find it a bit difficult to breath when lying down, this gives enough of a lift to help that, it's not a cure by any means but works for me.Haven't tried it but it should work just as well if you need to raise your feet.

This pillow is very comfortable and I have been using it to help to stretch out my back and it has relieved some of the pain there. If anybody is looking for something to relieve some back pain I would recommend this.

Having read the reviews I thought this would be good, however the foam is rock hard and not comfortable at all. The cover was also ripped when it arrived. I am returning the item. I wouldn't recommend.

Plenty of support. Can be used either upright if sitting or to raise head more if lay down.I have to sleep upright so it's difficult to get a comfortable support. I've finally found one.

This is just the pillow i needed for a comfy night sleep. I like my pillow to be high. And this is memory foam so it lets me settle in nicely and holds that shape for a relaxing night sleep. Good quality and soft material.
