This otg has nice technical elements that make it easier to use especially for beginners and bachelors like me!I have used it for a few days now, and found no issues with operating the otg.One thing I want to say is that I found the otg sometimes makes mild 'tak,tak' noise while cooking. I hope it's a normal thing, please educate me if I have to do something about it.Otherwise the dishes came out super fine. I made paneer tikka, sandwiches, bagels, whole chicken roast etc. The only con I think is in this otg is that you're stuck with preset modes, I dont think you can customize your own mode.I would give 5 stars for the otg but I wanted to lessen one star because the packaging was not perfect. The outer amazon box had 'this side up' in a direction opposite to the way the otg was kept inside. It is not a good packaging cuz the product may get damaged before it reaches the customer. Thankfully, I never found anything defective, but I wanted to express this here so that it may be useful for the upcoming customers.Overall, Phillips is a good brand, and would definitely recommend this otg for beginners!Cheers, people! Display started glitching within few months of usage and sensor stopped working in less than a year. The service quality is deficient and was asked to pay for replacement of the display unit even though it was under warranty.

I just got this today and I will update after some use. My initial thoughts is that it’s beautiful and I really like the digital display. The noise level is so quiet, I forget it is even running. I like that it is tall and not long, if that makes sense.Some issues I have right now, is mostly about how much heat it emits! The front glass is NOT heat resistant and you will get burned if you touch it. I have also never had an oven that puts off as much heat through the front as this one. I have to make sure it’s clear around it or I’m afraid it will start a fire. The front glass also feels a little cheap and not as sturdy as previous ovens like Borosil.Again, I will update on how it bakes once I’ve used it more.
