For some of the things I was doing I needed clips like these without padding. I just popped the rubber strip off and used the bare naked clips. So I secretly wished some just plain bare clips had been included in the package too because now I have some supernumerary rubber pads. But if this is the only downside (and it is), worth every star. They are strong clips but yield to sufficient pressure if you need to reshape them a little. Protects wire from being scratched (such as wire shelving unit) or being nicked (as in electrical wire). Good product design, excellent execution. Would definitely buy again.

These wiring clamps were used in installing a new wiring harness on a refurbished boat trailer. They allowed for securing the wiring at multiple locations of the trailer, and therefore eliminated dangling wires would could be damaged or torn off.Installation required drilling pilot holes in the metal frame of the trailer and attaching with sheet metal screws.The wiring clamps fit perfectly over 1/2" split tubing and have a sturdy design and material. These have so many uses, I used it to mount a rear rack on my road bike. They have a thick rubber insert so it won't scratch the frame.

They look good and are well built, but I tried using these with 1/2" conduit- but 1/2" conduit is bigger than 1/2" (no fault of the cable clamp), its much bigger. I had much better results with 5/8" clamps for 1/2" conduit instead.

Excellent, tough little clamps that are also kind to your hose. I ran a water hose across my garage ceiling and to my pressure washer (middle bay has drain). I got tired of pulling hose out across the garage floor and connecting it every time I wanted to wash a car. Screwed into joists and studs, these clamps are perfect for the job!

Works perfectly and holds snuggle. This should last for quite some time.

These are very well made and will protect whatever they are clamped on to.I'm using them to attach tail lights to an e-bike. They are strong, they look good and will never rust. The protective insert will keep the painted surface on my bike from getting scratched.Exactly what I needed. I only used 4 on this project, but the rest will come in handy elsewhere. Excellent for routing large cables cables or conduit as well.
