I’m from Japan and last month I went back to visit my family. I’m living here US almost 33 years. Anyway every time when I go back to Japan , I always brought theses coffee home because taste really good, and I lives by myself so when I found these on US Amazon I was really happy, now I can just buy it here, not to ask my family to send these from Japan!

Not bad.
Well, I really wasn't sure what to expect from "Japanese Style Pour Over Coffee". It took a bit of research to figure it out, and did a google image search/translate of the labels for some somewhat flawed, and sometimes funny. clues to what it says. ("People are delicious", apparently).Once I figured it out, it wasn't difficult to figure out how to brew a cup. These pouches don't make a lot of coffee... it only calls for about 5 ounces of coffee (I usually brew significantly more coffee than that... but perhaps this is the way that they do it in Japan. It doesn't surprise me.)The coffee that it brewed actually tasted pretty good. It's fairly mild, not strong, not bitter. It was actually a little bit surprising to me that the taste wasn't more distinctive.Like I said, though, it's not a lot of coffee per pouch. I'm not about to switch from my regular brewer to using the Japanese style pour-over coffee pouches. Plus, the price is quite high, compared to what I typically use. Perhaps for those who prefer this style of coffee, it may be worth the extra cost. But not for me.Overall, I I did like the coffee that it brewed. It just doesn't make a lot of coffee per cup, it's a little more involved of a process of brewing it, and it's kind of expensive on here. For those reasons, I will likely not order it again. I could see these pouches being handy if you were camping or traveling somewhere, where there isn't a coffee shop, a Keurig, or other brewer available. And, perhaps, folks who are more accustomed to Japanese style pour over coffee would prefer this product. But for my own day-to-day use, I'd just as soon toss a K-cup in my brewer for a quicker, simpler and larger cup of coffee.

No instructions
The flavor of this instant coffee is very pleasant, I'd lean towards a medium roast, much like described. Easy to brew as per the instructional video included in the description. However, the entirety of the package is in a foreign transcript. This means that you don't have any instructions or descriptions that you can use. In order to make it, I had to refer to the video on the listing, which is annoying. Good flavor, but lack of instructions is bothersome

These folks are obsessed with quality
We travel to Japan a lot and found these in local Tokyo stores. We became fans and try to buy them in USA which it sometimes hard but Amazon usually has them. The packaging the key to freshness and the perfect and delicate packaging is a demonstration of how to assemble something for a consumer,
