I didn’t like how it fit..it draped weirdly! Hard to explain

I wear XL, and am losing weight and getting into size L. This piece is tagged XL, but is tiny across the bust (I'm a B). Maybe it was tagged wrong when it was sewn. I can't even pull it over my shoulders.

The size is not right. Very small but good quality

Used the item for a quick beach vacay and to lounge around the pool. Great quality as well; I washed the garment accordingly and still looks new. There are no pulls or rips. Love the purchase.
