Nicky Clarke Hair Therapy Hair Dryer

Looks good, although I bought it for the job it would do. It is reasonably light and quiet and has a lovely long lead. Although it does not seem terribly hot it dries my short hair v. quickly, and my hair feels soft and is shiny. Full marks so far.

Great hairdryer, good price, and does what it says on the tin. Variable heat and intensity settings, including cool. Nozzle means you can direct the heat where you need, but the nozzle is removeable if you don't want it.Pros: lightweight, and has a long lead.

This hairdryer is excellent, thank you Nicky Clarke.It has three heat settings and three power settings, and a cool air button. It is very light and doesn't make too loud a noise when you're using it. What I'm really impressed by is how, on the medium heat, it drys my hair so quickly and leaves it feeling clean (many hair dryers leave it greasy feeling or frizzy, this one doesn't)I am very impressed with it overall and might even buy a second one for when this one gets old....

I can't believe how amazing this hair dryer actually is and for 21.99 what a bargain! I have really thick naturally curly hair which I wash every 2 days and after using the same bog standard cheap hairdryer for 4 years I thought my hair was destined to be a frizzy mess forever as I thought it was just my natural hair. I used the hair dryer for the first time tonight and it is truly amazing. I can't believe how good shiny and healthy my hair feels! And it's taken 20 minutes less to straighten it too! I'd recommend this product to anyone, wish I'd of bought one years ago :)

It looked lovely, lightweight and seem to work nicely, until the third time I used it when it started to smoke profusely.. so I sent it back and bought another brand. Never experienced that with any other hair dry before. Always used babyliss in the past, now very happy with my new purchase! I wouldn't have given any stars but it wasn't an option!

I bought this hairdryer to replace a Nicky Clarke hairdryer that I'd had for years. This hairdryer has a lovely long cord which is always handy. Its lightweight compared to my previous hairdryer. Sadly that's all I like about this one. It's long which means I have to stretch my arms so as not to get too close to my head (maybe I've got short arms?) The heat and speed buttons on the handle are annoying as they are easily pressed during use. The handle itself has no grip and I found that I needed to adjust my grip often during use. I'm hoping I'll just get used to using it. I cant really return it because I dont like it.

Good hairdryer, not too big so fit nicely into a travel bag, but doesn't travel well - blew up after about 9 months of use. Probably wasn't the products fault as it lived in a suitcase every other weekend. Having said that, for the price you'd hoped it'd last at least a year. Still a good hairdryer, and I'm sure it would've lasted much longer if it had a stable home.

I used to use the wife's hair dryer (a Tresemme one that she paid £50 for) but got sick of it as it didn't seem fast enough and the cord was too short so I'd have to sit on the floor pretty much.I bought this as the few reviews I could find all gave it a good rating. None of those reviews are wrong! The hair dryer is really light and the cable is really long in that I can stand and dry my hair (I'm almost 6 ft and my plugs are a foot from the ground).When it comes to performance, it takes me around 2 minutes of using this to dry and style my hair when my wife's one would take about 6 or 7 minutes. My hair doesn't feel damaged at all from the heat of this hair dryer either, in fact it feels silky and smooth. For reference, I'm in between a short top and a pompadour.The speed of the air and the heat settings are on separate switches so you can easily select your required speed and heat. The cool button is great for after styling once products have been applied.I can't comment on whether this overheats or not as I have never needed to use it enough for it to get hot.Highly recommend this for guys. I can't comment for the ladies.
