Great ear buds - if you persevere, read the instructions and tweak the settings
I have to confess I nearly gave up with these. Initially I had difficulty getting them to stay in. When I did I wasn't impressed with the noise cancelling. However - I tried every combination in the buds and wings and eventually found a good fit. Then I discovered you could toggle the noise cancelling on and off by tapping the buds and I'd turned it off by mistake. Go into the App menu and you can customise the way taps work the features. I switched off the noise cancelling tap. Now they are pretty much perfect. The personalised audio is really good, making it sound the very best for your ears. I hear things in music I'd never heard before - a singer taking a breath, backing vocalists I never knew were there, words that were a muffle are now a word. The noise cancelling works pretty well too - enough to cancel the noise of traffic etc. If you buy a set and feel disappointed persevere - once you have tweaked the options in the app menu, gone almost nuts getting the right combination of buds, you'll be rewarded with wonderful sounds and perfect connection. I've never lost the Bluetooth signal. I'm now very happy.

Great piece of kit
In the main I use these in the gym. They have various size add ons to fit most ear shapes and are very comfortable while exercising. The sound is excellent and with a simple tap of the bud you can stop/start, increase sound levels and skip to next song. Very pleased.

Better sound than XM4s
I really loved my Sony XM4s until they suffered the dreaded battery drain issue. When looking for new buds sound quality was paramount, followed by reliability. I did a lot of research and settled on these because people were 'raving' (pun intended) about how good they sound. I have to say that I completely agree, they sound awesome after using the AI configuration tool in the app. They definitely sound better than the Sonys. Not by a long way, but definitely better.I'm hoping that the batteries are reliable in them, I couldn't find any complaints on the issue so I think that they will be.The fit is great with the larger wing attachments. Again, better than the Sonys. I found that the right Sony bud always needed pushing back into my ear as it kept coming out slightly. This doesn't happen with the Denons at all. I read about people complaining that the Denons are too heavy, I can tell you that they feel lighter than the Sonys and are very comfortable. The only things that I have marked them down on are:The buds look a bit big, especially if you have little ears like me.They don't really have a premium feel or look to them. There is no manual equalizer setting on the app, not much of a problem because of the AI function. The exact case battery level is not indicated anywhere on the phone, not even in the app. All you get is an approximate indication on the case. Again, not a big problem.Overall I am very happy with these buds, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will last me a long time.

Music sounds how it's supposed to
I've waited a few months to get some miles on these and overall I'm very happy. Initially attracted by the hearing profile feature, it's difficult to say whether this is night and day or smoke and mirrors. These replaced some Pixel Buds that came free with my phone. With the profile off they sound very similar to the Pixel Buds. With the profile on, they make music sound how you think it does. I'm very fussy about audio quality and have a good setup for home listening. With the profile on, these make music sound about 90% of a full size setup, without of course a proper stereo effect (all headphones are binaural, not stereo).I have very large earholes and a pair of XL Spinfit Omni *just* about fit if you're very careful when fitting. The battery life for me and my use habits is good. The case is so so, easy enough to get in and out.Overall, I'd say these sound good enough to justify the high -but not as high as many others- price.

Terrible experince with connecting and general quality of product
These are hands down the worst set of headphones I have ever bought. Apart from not working/connecting AND YES I do have the best and up to date software and hardware - they are just a faulty set. The set up is long and lame and the CABLE is so short to charge the headphone case.Really a bad product and I am so disappointed with DENON as they usually have really good products.

The best sound
I have tried many ear buds over the years, these are by far the best sound and comfort fit.I was amazed after a bit of tinkering with the app at how well these perform with the sound.Sounds like you are at a concert.

Phenomenal!!
Best in ear headphones I've ever owned, such clear definition in the sounds! Great app as well that personalises the listening experience to your preferences.

Good Sound
Good sound but the default level bar is set low so any personalised profile it make will always sound awsome compared to default. Default sounds like a £5 pair from B&M. At this price I would have liked the option to personalise my own bass and sound but that isn't an option unfortunately and the one other snipe I have, there is no way you'll get 6 hours battery, I was setting my personalised sound and listening to some songs for around 15 minutes and I t went from 100% to 90% in that time, it's now sitting at 80% and there is no way ever they will give you 6 hours on a single charge. The fit is so good, best fitting buds iv ever owned and they aren't as big as you would think, look awsome too. Forgot to add that's it's Bluetooth 5.0 and not 5.3, again at this price that's questionable.
