What is the difference between these and the 3.0 version just the shape of the design ?

Is medium only available in black or gray?

I got white in all 3 sizes in the pack I ordered.

AirPods Pro fall out of my ears because all of the tips are to big. Will the small help them fit in my ears?

They fitted pretty well inside of my ears! Never fall.

Do these fit inside the AirPods case when I close it? do they create a problem where the case doesn't shut all the way?

Great Set Of Eartips

I usually only buy Comply foam tips. Not anymore. These are just as good, if not better. They are so comfortable & the sound isolation is superb! Easy to fit & change when required. Well worth the very reasonable price. Highly recommended 10/10.
