I purchased this bag from another location when I bought my Nikon D3300, and thought I'd share my thoughts on it.Firstly it's not exactly a striking bag, resembling a grey brick dangling from your shoulder. It is, however, rather well put together with strong material and reasonable padding that won't exactly same the camera from a big drop but should help absorb minor impacts. The downside is that when laden with camera and an extra lens it does tend to bang off your leg when walking about, and doesn't tend to stay in position if you opt to swing it around to your back.On the inside we find a larger compartment split in two by a small barrier. There's room to store my camera with an attached 55-200mm Nikkor lens, plus the Nikkor 18mm-55 that came as standard with the camera, as well as a lens hood. I also found it had room to accept a basic K&F Concepts dioder set housed in a small case for some budget macro work. There's also an inner pocket that's handy for storing memory cards, stuff for cleaning the lenses or whatever tat you want to carry around. There's another pocket located on the inside of the opening flap that's quite room and thus proved handy for storing a phone, cable or even the camera's charger. On the outside you'll find two mesh pockets on either side that aren't very big but will store some extra stuff. The one thing I found irritating about the bag is the way it opens. When sitting on your shoulder and hanging by your hip the bag opens outwards from your body, and that meant I frequently found myself getting caught up on the straps when attempting to quickly unzip the bag to get to my camera. I missed quite a few shots because of this. After a while I took to leaving the bag half unzipped so that it wouldn't be so much of a problem.I'm considering moving in to a small rucksack now, probably made by Case Logic as well, and will happily review it as well. In the mean time this is a solid bag for anyone wanting to store a camera without spending a small fortune.Pros:+ Reasonable amount of storage space.+ Reasonable pricing.+ Quite well made, especially for the money.Cons:- Bangs around your hip quite a bit.- Looks pretty boring.- Unzipping it in a hurry tends to be blocked by the straps.
