Almost a 5-star rating, but...
I really wanted to give this chair a perfect, 5-star rating; however, I am giving it a 4-star one instead. The reason is because putting this chair together was very frustrating. Meaning, several of the holes weren't properly aligned with the screws and I had to constantly attempt to rescrew them all while holding the backrest in place with my other hand.Comfort-wise, it is very comfortable. The seat is firm but soft enough to comfortablely sit on it 7+ hours a day. I like how the seat pads aren't as intrusive as other generic gaming chairs.The optional lumbar cushion/massager is actually not a gimmick! It's not loud when plugged in and can relieve stress especially when fully reclining.I would recommend this chair but I would highly recommend you have an extra set of hands to assist your build. 😉

comfortable and suitable
I received the chair about a week after I placed the order, and I felt very heavy when I hadn't opened the box. When I opened it, I found that this quality was quite good. It took me and my family about an hour to install it, because this is a new model, and I can't find similar videos on YouTube, so it took some time to install it, but after installing it, I found that the chair is really good and can sit. Can lie down, because recently are home to work, just need a comfortable chair, this is good, very suitable for me。

It's very comfortable to sit on
All in all, this is a very good chair. The support is great, it's easy to put together and it's easy to adjust. This fabric is easy to clean, and it slides easily on the carpet, which is an added bonus.

Sit comfortably
Sitting is very comfortable,the leather of the seat is very textured. The back and head can be supported, and the backrest has a strong sense of support for the waist, so you won’t get tired after sitting for a long time. The installation instructions are also very detailed, and the chair assembly is also very simple
