Great for co-fermentation with L Reuteri in yogurt making
I had tried this strain from another source and my yogurt failed. This strain worked perfectly. Easy to use, no stomach upset, perfect taste. Value for the money is there in successful yogurt every time.

Very good but too little for such a big jar need to put more in it for the same price

Helps with regular bowel movements
It’s a bit pricey but I’ve been taking it for about 4-5 months and I have regular bowel movement. There is no taste and of course this isn’t proven but I feel like my stomach is a bit flatter
