Purchased the stand for the Mens Health adjustable weights that look very similar if not identical to Bowflex one's. The stand is good quality and very sturdy. Nice adjustment on the weight platform to enable a slight decline. Certainly helps when lifting the weights off.

The height is perfect for me when doing my work out
I've had the dumbells for two years now and thought I'd wouldn't need the stand. The height is perfect for me when doing my work out. Also you can adjust it so the dumbells sit flat or at an angle. Really easy to assemble. Great product.
